I used Kayak when I booked and they search all the sites. My goal was to get the most bang for my buck. I think the best deal varies depending on when you booked. One week Bookit had the best deal and the following week Funjet had the best deal. Funjet also includes airport transportation. That's who we ended up booking through this year.
I've been searching this whole week. We are on a tight budget, but really need to get away. Best I have come up with so far for the 9th-13th in june from greensboro nc is just shy of 1500.00. Is that a pretty good deal for this resort?
We are going in Aug. 4-10, but we booked 6 nights out of Pittsburgh for $1528. We were going to be able to do 5 nights for $1435 or something. I guess it depends on your airport. Closer airports to us were more $. Have you tried airports within a 2 hr. drive? It was worth it to us to save about $300 per person (there are 4 of us going).
Yeah, did check other airports around that are bigger. But they were actually not cheaper. And after adding in gas and parking, it wouldn't be worth it. Just called our travel agent that did our honeymoon to sandals. They qouted me 2,000.00. I really would like to do one more night. But we will have to see. Really hurts that we have to pay to get my wife's name changed on our passport since she didn't send it in with in the 1st year

I read on TA forum that you can use code "100VACATION" .... it's only $100 of vs the $200 one before, but $100 of is better then paying full price!
