i think its from colombia or guatemala or somewhere... while living there you have to find all the tricks to make everyday feel like spring break... so it has to be cheap if you dont have a decent job (just like myself) hahahaha

I bought mine at the duty free store once I went through customs & stuff. I bought a liter of Bacardi for $12, which is almost $20 a fifth here at home......
Duty free in Cancun after customs? I thought you need a departing boarding pass to shop at duty free. Maybe they don't care in Mexico.
there's was a bodega across from oasis. the prices were normal. I never made it to wall mart last year. the duty free after customs I didn't like thier selection. I didn't recognize anything lol this year I'm going duty free in ny then suppliment that with the oasis bodega. Eventhough it's not a good buy...,,AT ALL one of the highlights of last years trip for me was the frikkin vending machines in the stairways of the oasis...FILLED WITH ALCOHOL!!! It was like heaven! :lol:
