Hello, I'm planning a trip to cancun with two friends between December 12th and December 16th, but we're not sure where we should stay. Basically, what hotel do you guys think we will have the most fun at being 3 mid 20's single guys? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
I was say in this order....... 1. Oasis Cancun 2. Riu Cancun 3. Temptations Resort The oasis has LONGGG been the "party" hotel for spring breakers and college students for many many years! Understandably you are going in december, but no matter the time of year, the Oasis Cancun is always the party hotel! Next is the Riu, which is in the best location, you can walk to the clubs from the hotel!! Its a good hotel, great service, a mix of couples and singles but more for the younger people. Now temptations is an "adults only" resort. There are adult games and nudity is accepted in certain parts! In my opinion, for you guys, the oasis cancun hands down...if not then the Riu Cancun!! Either option you will be happy and have an amazing time!!!
Thanks for the info, my next question though is what's the difference between the Oasis and the Grand Oasis? They look like the same hotel from pictures I've seen. I can get a room in the Grand Oasis for about $30 more per night than in the Oasis. Is it worth it?
The regular oasis is made up of 4 large buildings, the Grand is the big pyramid in the middle. You get a few extra places to eat, room service and a little better rooms, but all in all it isnt really worth it to me. Just my personal opinion. But, you cant go wrong with either!!
