Glad it worked out for you. Like I said , we have been doing this for awhile and like it. BWI is a smaller airport and you usually have less delays than in Philly so the extra hour drive isn't that big of a deal. We use offsite parking (econopark express) at BWI and that has worked good enough that we have never explored the many other parking options available there. Firm
Now you can see why I went in May. Lol. April is a killer. The prices to fly out of Boston, and the spring break mark up, made the decision last year pretty easy. I wanted to go last april to celebrate my birthday, but just waited a lil less than a month to part like a rockstar for a lil less. Lol. Good luck. We booked through bookit.com, middle of April, last night for under 2500, two people flights included with one connection. That's a fee hundred less than we paid last January for this past April, and the flights are good...

we paid $134 per night for 5 nights may 28-june 2 through alpharooms then we booked a direct flight from LAX to Cancun through Virgin $472 per person
We paid $149/night on Alpharooms for the last week of January (7 nights), had that deal pulled up on the iPad, then when I got on my computer 10 minutes later they wanted $169/night. Thankfully I still had that window open on my ipad and it didn't time out, just booked it for the lesser amount that way. Don't know why it changed. I did put cancuncare.com as my referral source!
