Being logged out automatically?

Anyone else find it a tad annoying you're logged out after about 15 minutes of inactivity? I have cancuncare webpage on almost every day, but, sometimes I have a day job to do (lol to pay for my trip to TTR) and when I come back to make a comment, I've been logged out due to inactivity! I'm reckoning nothing can be done about this, but just wanted to point out how annoying it is just in case something can be done!

 

When I log in I check that little remember me box and it seems to work.. not really sure if it has anythig to do with it but I am always logged in when I go back to the site.. :huh:

 

It may be a setting in your browser. Does this happen on lots of other sites for you? I personally never have to worry about it. Occasionally I have to sign in again on my phone but that is it.

 

Where's the 'remember me' box? Never found that!

Never had that problem,, could be your supplier disconnecting and reconnection

Never been logged out...unless I purposely tell it to log me out. We check the 'remember me' box.

Probably a setting or making sure you check the box.
