Cahoon Hollow Beach, Wellfleet Mass. Partly because there is a great bar at the top of the dune and partly because of a lot of history there starting in my early 20's when I lived behind that bar and worked at the liquor store down the road and one buddy worked at the bar and the other was a lifeguard on the beach.
LOVE Cahoon Hollow too! The incentive to climb back up the 100 foot sand dune is definitely the beach bar at the top!
My family has a cottage over on whig st so it's just a short 1 beer walk, then we have another on the other side in dennis port.
Windham Couple: Thats looks like Booby Cay in the last picture. you must have been South of Sandals Negril. We would walk all the way to Margaritaville from Breezes/Hedo a couple of times each trip. We would enjoyed it so much that we would often have to get a taxi back !!! Bostonmel: I think that pix is just North of Riu Negril, looking towards all of the new construction at the South End of Bloody Bay.
3 different locations actually. But the first is from RIU Negril. The second it's looking out from the point at hedo during sunset, so thats Point villages beach, and the third from about White Sands Looking towards the cliffs. There is an awesome area, walking towards town from Hedo, way after Sandals. You have to walk up on land a few hundred feet, cuz the trees are in the water, but come out on just empty beautiful beach. Then hit Cosmos a but further up. Sigh.
Depends on the weather. Lol. We have a big dinner that day too. I know my son is going to the parade. Ugh. Lol. But I just might. Who doesn't love Sunday all drinking??! Hmm. We should move the dinner to Saturday. Lol You coming out this way??
yup, i'll be in the parade with the world war 2 82nd airborne group. i'll have 3 flask and my canteen full, deff move the dinner too sat night and then you can be free to get yr drink on for the parade who knows you might even see me lol
