We have been multiple times and we have always had a good group of 3 v 3 or 6 v 6. They normally do it at 12 and 4. I will say sometimes I have to encourage people to play and walked by and asked people to come play but always seems to work out well.
Depends on the crowd and the day and if there is someone that will rally people to go (the playmakers usually just walk around the pool once with the VBall). But if a few people get it going then there can be a pretty good match all week with that group plus.
We played naked tequila volleyball a few times around Labor Day weekend. Naked or not, we like pool volleyball, but when super competitive people are there, not fun at all.
