Anyone been lately? The beach last year was filled with rocks. How has it been this year?

Stayed at the Royal Islander in early March. There still were rocks but not such that you are prevented from walking the beach or accessing the water.

Great..thanks, last year was the first year in like 5 years that rocks were present. Enough that we had to shuttle to the Sands everyday in order to hang at the beach.

We were at the Royal Mayan week 11, then The Sands week 12. I was able to walk the beach above the rocks every morning. Over the week the sand came back and covered the rocks it was beautiful and the flags were yellow. The beach at the sands wasn't as nice but there was areas to get in for swimming.
