None of us go there for the beach, I rarely go there, and the baths are ok, what we all go there for is you cant find any place in the world more friendlier than Temptation. You make life long friends there and the staff is great. If you want a good room pay the money to book one most people dont care, you dont spend that much time in your room anyway
I agree with everyone else do the bathrooms need a total but and refresh yes they do but they are still able to get the job done. They have some nice ones around the resort to use the ones in the room are there to get ready for the day and that's about it. As far as the beach is concerned it's not the best beach I've ever been on but it's certainly not the worst either. We go down for a couple of days because she likes the beach. She gets her beach time but for me it's the friendly folks and the time at the sexy pool because it's a great atmosphere I'm sure once you get her down there she'll change her criteria and say ok the beach and the bathrooms I can live with this place is a great time. There's just something about it you can't find elsewhere.
The beach is horrible...................the bathrooms are Super 8 comparible. If that's what's most important to you.......go somewhere else. TTR is much more than thaT,
I love the beach. No, it's not huge, but it's big enough....and you know the biggest bonus of being at TTR instead of one of the resorts in the fantastic beach areas of Cancun, NO KIDS. Well, very few kids. You may occasionally get one walking across to the docks for a boat tour, but compared to what I imagine it's like at the child-friendly parts of Cancun, it's bliss. It has sun, sea and sand, beach beds, chairs and hammocks - what more do you want?
As long as I can sleep, wash myself in my room I'm ok. If those are your criteria consider to go somewhere else.TTR is not the most wonderfu beach and the room are bit dated but clean. You dont come to TTR for the bathrooms or the Beach.. its the people and atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back
