There are also some betting houses in the Hotel zone that have everthing in the world on the screen with food and drinks available too. I used to know where one of the big ones was but they moved so I have no ideas where they are exactly but your bellmen should know.

be specific, i been to oasis like 5-6 years ago with family and i can barely remember it i been to too many places since then

 

i believe hes referring to the one right in the middle.......walk in Oasis, go up big stairs, look left
