I hate to even post this but as I mentioned before. Good food is important to us when we are staying someplace for a week. I know you can only take Trip Advisor reviews with a grain of salt but there seem to be many complaints about the food quality. I know TTR is not gourmet but we have always enjoyed the food. Love to hear some feedback from CCC members who have gone or will be going about their food experiences at GOV. And 6:45am for reservations? YIKES!
I seem to recall that reading tripadvisor reviews on various Oasis hotels that food quality has been historically a bit of an Achilles heel. Hopefully they realize to compete for the same clientèle as Temptation they have to be at least equivalent in that area.
If I have to reserve for a table at a restaurant, especially at 6:45 a.m., I usually don't even go to that restaurant, because I don't usually go to that resort.
Food would have to be really bad for us to notice. We just don't get excited about eating. When we go to disney we just eat the quick service meals. Everything there is fine unless you have eaten at the Electric Umbrella at EPCOT. Possibly the worst food ever.
I stayed at two different Oasis hotels in the past and both times the food was not up to par. Temptation had better food hands down.
I stayed at another oasis hotel, breakfest was ok, but the lunch/dinner I was borred pretty fast! No taste at all and too salty! They will need to improve if they want to compete TTR food is wayyyyy bettterrrr Envoyé de mon iPhone à l'aide de Tapatalk
