August singles week

Is the singles week in August popular? (Aug. 9-16)
I will be there from Aug 7th - 14th

 

I don't know since this is my first time and I'll be going around the same time(August 7-16). But if I'm reading the board right it doesn't seem like singles week is a big deal down there.

If i'm not mistaken, I think TTR cancelled all remaining singles weeks, @ it no longer shows on their website!

 

Ya it's not showing on their site anymore and I don't think that they were really having the interest showed in it.

 

I don't think they can have a strictly singles weekend or week. I know that i'm looking into a singles week on a cruise line and you are on the ship with families. You basically do things as a single group... :?
