Go to people's room as a group and have drinks and maybe some type of game. It's a good way to meet people. We arrive tomorrow too.

Meeting at the quiet pool bar sounds great. We were thinking on the 22nd meeting about 7 or so, after dinner before bash. What does everyone think?
That sounds good, other than people eat at all different times. Maybe we should meet up like at noon, so everyone can meet each other, and then make a time to meet for the room crawl. That will also allow us to know how to get in touch with everyone, and what they look like, so when people see each other throughout the day, we will all recognize each other.
That sounds like a great idea. We get there on the 22nd in the morning, supposed to land 930 am. Hope to be at the sexy pool by 12!
