On our first trip to Cancun we found a post on this site about bringing toys for the kids down there. We really loved the idea and have done it every time we've been. I know there's a ton of other people that would love to give back so I thought I'd post it in each of the roll call sections. We'd like to encourage everyone to bring some toys and school supplies to Cancun and drop them off at either the Hard Rock Cafe or the Needful Things bookstore on Avenida Coba in the center of town near Walmart. If you're thinking that it would cost too much to buy toys for the kids, we get our stuff at the dollar store to maximize the stuff we can get. Try to avoid anything with batteries. The simple stuff is the best. For school supplies we tend to get some notebooks, pens, pencils and markers. stuff like that. Nancy, one of the organizers, stops by every two weeks or so to collect what has been dropped off. August 3rd-10th We have never been to Temptations but have been to Hedo3 hoping they are a lot alike. See you all there!
