    I have a question - how strict are they about no tshirt, shorts and sandals at the restaurants? I'm in a suit at work everyday and I don't want to wear one on vacation

    Casual dinner attire is fine. No need to dress in a suit but you'll WANT to pack some non-beach wear, like khackis and a short sleeved nice shirt. Nothing worse than having your wife dressed to the nines and youre in flip flops and shorts. The ladies usually want to wear their fancy stuff at least a few times for dinner so you should kinda match their style of dress. The restaurants are classy. The buffet and Margaritas are very casual and shorts are fine.
