Has the practice of allowing vacationers from the other Oasis Resorts to use the facilities changed? If not will the age limit be enforced for those who are visiting?

    Hello!
The cost per night to upgrade to a suite is 41 usd. The suites are avaiable just at the permises, you should ask for availability upon arrival.
Have a great day. Looking forward to meeting you in Feb.

There are six restaurants and 3 of them require reservations. You should reserve at the concierge desk, they are avaiable starting at 07 am in the VIP lobby.

If people from other Oasis Resort would like to stop by they should be 21 and up.

I get the impression heated pools in Cancun is a joke. Are there any that are?

I can't confirm, but a Google search listed a few, including Sun Palace.

Hello Valentina, We are so excited so stay at your resort!!! We will be there Jan 15-18 what are the theme nights for those days? We have a basic room and might upgrade. Do we wait until we get there to check in or can we do it sooner?

There are hotels that offer heated pools. Not the case of GOV.
