For anniversaries we offer a special dinner without cost. You can send us an inbox on Facebook with your reservation name and dates and I will add the note to our system. You need to take a copy of your marriage certificate and show it at front desk.

 

Adriana, the upgrade wording needs changing urgently.. It quotes a "complementary upgrade to the best available accommodation at time of check in"

However, there were suites and balcony rooms available but we were told at an extra charge.. I felt slightly embarrassed asking and I had to explain your own offering several times, but was told there was an extra charge..

See how much a replacement is at the reg office mate but wouldn't bother if its more than a few £
