On orbitz it just said ocean standard so what does that mean? And why werent there pictures of these rooms so we knew what we were booking?
Adriana, thanks so much for addressing us here. CCC is a very influencial group of members who represent exactly the atmosphere you are trying to transition to. (meaning we are who you want at this resort) However it appears there are a few fun items missing from your resort at the pool and beach that a few members would like to bring and leave for the next week attendees from this site. They could be small to medium sized items. Please try to accomodate this request or at least look at adding the items we feel makes the party more fun. Thank you
B&A its how it works in MX. it could be a lot worse and is at other resorts. We should all be appreciative we are getting some answers here. Some resorts will lie to your face. Dont think this place is doing anything like that, yet. lol
Oh I agree! Im glad she is responding it shows that this is a resort I want to book for my vacation. Im just a little worried about the rooms. I wish I could see pics of the non updated rooms they might not be that bad. But on the chance they are I would like to know now so we can upgrade now and know we will have a room we want.

Hi, How do we know which room category I have been allocated? We booked through Thomson holidays in the uk and the only information we have is that we have an ocean view room, we are arriving on the 25th September for 14 nights. I really don't want to have to an extra $20 + per night for an upgrade on top of the extra costs such as room safe etc, these charges are easier to bare for those people staying for short breaks but are very excessive for people on long vacations like ourselves. Could someone please look into our booking for the date I have mentioned for the name of Mr & Mrs Latimer and message me with confirmation of the type of room we can expect. Thank you in advance
