Valentina I need to ask... who is it that you answer to in Management at Oasis?? I think we all need the name and contact info so that we can give a tip of the cap to you. Not only answering our questions but listening to the wants and needs of your customers and trying to implement them??? Now that is unprecedented customer service and I would be happy to stay at a 1 star hotel that you would be at if that is was what I was going to get. Thank you for all that you have done so far and look forward to spending some time getting to know you and the resort!

No that common... Even at Desire Pearl where I´ve worked before there is not a heated pool... the avarege room rate there is 500 usd a night!... I´m not saying we are not going to have heated pool at all, however, it hasn´t been planned for 2014.

hello cancuncare and VALENTINA!! I going to Cancun in Jan, and have been lurking for awhile to find out about about Grand Oasis Viva and have really enjoyed the discussions and im super excited. Regarding the hot tubs, there are two by the "relaxing pool" and two more outside the spa. Each one fits around 3 or 4 people... Don´t know yet till what time are going to be available. Let you know as soon as possible.
