Usually you try to do it toward the beginning of your trip so that it gives you a chance to meet more people to hang out with during your stay.

Bump. Just an update: we will not be hosting a RC this April trip. Rayanne has decided she does not us to haul all the room decorations, etc. If someone else is hosting April 6-13 we may be interested in crawling assuming we are invited. We are doing the whiskey tasting on the 11th...see seperate thread. TTR wanted much dollas for set up of the Premier rooftop area so we said no thanks and will arrange something impromptu at Bash, Score, or Room. They cerainly cannot try to extort money from us there.
