So 8th April will open for deposits on 8th March etc. etc. Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 70. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled. Rationale for cruise dates April was our busiest month in 2013 and 2014 is looking even busier than that! I am finding that it doesn't matter how many cruise dates we put on they almost all either sell out or go out close to capacity. Early April is a little quieter than the rest of the month so we wont run quite so often then. For the first five days of April we have less than 50 people at the hotel, the next 5 days around 60-80 people. From the 10th thru the 20th we have around 80-90 people each day. From the 20th to the 30th we have an average of around 120 people each day with a peak on the 24th of 162. For the last 10 days we'll be running every other day. These numbers are taken from the April roll call and do not take account of: - people who didn't add their dates to the roll call - new people who join between now and the cruise date - people who want to do more than one cruise - couples who are also bringing friends (have been counted as two) - folks staying at GOV, Desire or other hotels in Cancun - people who predominantly hang out at the Cancuncare/TTR Facebook group - people who book via our Boobs Cruise website - email requests from people who don't publicly post anywhere. So, it follows that the numbers listed are probably a large underestimate of the actual number of people who will be at the hotel in April that have a connection with cancuncare in one way or another. Obviously, not everyone will want to do a cruise but many will so we are putting on an unprecedented 11 cruises in one month to avoid sell outs and to suit as many peoples dates as possible. Lets see how interest in the dates above go, we may have to make tweaks as time progresses depending on feedback.
