    There is a take over fro April 2-7 at Temptation according to this thread. For us we go to Temptation for inclusion not exclusion and avoid take over weeks.

    So the takeover is the mochfest crowd that Nikki and everyone said tried hard to ruin October breast- that's a pity. The takeover is from April 25th. F##k it... We'll survive!

    Fudge...April starts with takeover and appears to end with one.
    This squeezes the opportunities to avoid them as in 4/7 thru 4/24!
    I suppose the April Addicts are bookended...

    We all need to get ready for the ongoing and pending change in business philosophy that several of us predicted with the reno...it is here and happening and they apparently have decided to squeeze us out.
    Basically large take overs and maybe family friendly...yuk.
    And then, sell off to a chain resort????

    Plan on moving to the Punta Cana (DR) TTR in a couple of years.
    or of course Desire.

    This is exaclty why we refuse to buy in into time share... they can change the rules and the game...

    We are booked between the two take overs, life is great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Does anyone have the email address of upper management (Original Group), Owner or shareholders? We should make our displeasure heard at the highest level. Complaining to management at the resort will most likely not be enough to make a change. They probably only worried about running the operation, filling rooms and follow directives handed down. It’s not uncommon for the big dogs to not be completely aware of what is going on in in large operation and not realizing they are losing their base customers. There is probably a mid-level management team that came in with a great power point presentation of their concept. It had all kinds of stellar projections and stats. The information was tailored to the presenters position and may be their honest belief. Based on the given information the upper level muckety mucks decide to give it a try. Of course, they only see the information they are given and don’t look very hard for other information. You may think they should see all aspects before a decision is made but they don’t, that’s why they pay mid-level people. When they get negative information presented to them or the bottom line falls usual then they question and go looking for answers. In this case our emails with a consistent theme is what hopefully will spur them to ask questions.

    My suggestion is to find out the direct email for the highest-level execs and either copy them on your displeasure or direct it to them. I mention direct email because if it goes through others it gets filtered. If you do send an email be to the point and respectful. Keep to the big issue, they aren’t going to care that you didn’t like the DJ. They have to know you have or will spent money elsewhere. If you went somewhere else why you made the decision, you enjoyed it but want to come back to Temptations. If you tell them you chose another date or went Desire the money still stayed in the brand and it really doesn’t matter. We shouldn’t assume that they hear complaints on this form or F.B. I would think they have people for that and by the time it filters up the message is something like, people say the DJ plays too much Pit Bull.

    I sure hope this is just a growing pain that the resort is experiencing or just a bad business decision that will be corrected. My wife and I just became addicted to this sexy fun craziness and found a place to party.
    Ok enough with the serious crap. lets get back to discussing how much coverage is too much.

    Couples Gone Wild has a website and they advertise their takeover starting 25th. Moca Fest doesn't have any information about an event at TTR ? Both are connected /sold by Vacationsparties.com. ?? So what group is doing the takeover starting on the 2nd ??

    Some of the folks I have spoken to have one on one meetings with the family ownership.
    These are organizers of some large long time groups.
    So they are talking to the top as far as I know.
    And it is their business and can only assume they have done market analysis.
    As far as time share goes, all that is owned is a concept and it can be changed or moved at any time.
    Word is they monitor this site so anyone can start a thread similar to a letter to the owners and it may be read and considered,
