We are thinking of going the week of the 7th, but don't want to get caught up in the take over. Anyone know if the 7th is the day the takeover crowd checks out or are they there another night. I pretty sure its the day they check out because the tower rooms are available on Sunday but not on Saturday.

When you say a take over - does that mean a group of people or a business is booking a block of rooms and is setting their own theme nights ? How are they able to do that ? I'm sorry - we are very new to the resort . But absolutely LOVE IT♡
Yes... With a takeover an outside company comes in books the entire resort, resells the rooms, and hosts their own events/themes. The problem with a Temptation takeover is that the resort is so big that the takeover company can only afford the risk of taking over part of the resort, and not the whole thing.. This essentially splits Temptation up into two groups.. The take over group, and the non-take over group. It’s just a weird vibe from everything we’ve heard. Anyway, we are going 4/13-4/20 so we don’t have to worry about this! Looking forward to TTR trip #8!
Thank you so much for the information, that makes total sense. We are booked 4/12/19-4/18/19 then headed to tulum for 2 nights. Super excited- we had an amazing time in September.
