I wish someone could get them to define "sex". I know what my definition is. But, I'm guessing their take on what it is....is slightly different. Just a simple list of what isn't allowed would also be appreciated. Their response settles nothing, IMO.
I never gave security a thought. One security guy that usually hangs out at the bar would kid around with me doing the I'm watching you finger thingy but other than that I didn't care. He does that to me every trip. Nothing new about that at all. I have always seen security get closer after 4:00pm in the sexy pool. Usually more fights going on then. I don't see any issues with them at all. The night we arrive the 45 guys were still there and they were around the bar. It was a total sausage feast there and well I love, love, loved looking at it. I personally am tired of people saying they want to cancel their trips because they can't do bodyshots or get naked in a resort that doesn't want it. I don't mind seeing it but, it not a necessity for me to be naked, just a little bit of fun at times. I know where Hedo is and have been naked all week there I really missed my bikinis to tell you the truth. I like the mystery of not knowing and think people are ten times sexier with clothes on their bodies.
Nope Abby there are more but you were later that day I think in the hot tub. These guys were standing around naked when I just swam right into them lol.
I usually joke around with securtiy also, I actually get along real well with adam, who works Patty O's at night usually.. .Real nice guy. I guess I am in the minority that felt that the over all vibe of the resort was down.. at first I was thinking it may be because Temptations is opening that resort on Isla Mujeres and they want all of their resorts to have a different vibe, so they are changing Temptations Cancun and making The one on Isla Mujeres the fun place ... but who knows, Ill still go and have a great time, but the Hotel has with out a doubt changed over the last 3 or 4 years. Still fun but different.

SECURITY SUCKS NOW!!!!!! I don't know if it was because of the 40 person bachelor party or something else, but they are WAY TOO STRICT now!! As I'm sure many others will do, we broke out the Alchohol whipped cream our first day. Things were fine for a while. I even saw a security guard and asked if it were alright and he said yes. Not even a minute later, another guard came over and took it from us!! The entire sexy pool started booing!! May I add that we had three cans in January and never ONCE got told to get rid of it!! Later, two girls got out of the pool and started dancing by the "Miss Temptation" banner. They weren't doing one thing wrong, but security came over and told them to stop. They started pointing at the "No Inhibitions" tagline in the sign... People cheered them! 3 girls were kissing in the pool... 2 security guards came over and were trying to get them to stop..." And finally this is from BoardBums May 10 TR "...We just returned from our 10th trip to Temptation. We had a great time as usual, we love it there. We did notice a major increase in security this trip, there has always been security present at the resort but this was overwhelming. The rumors around the resort for the increased security were a 42 guy bachelor party from England had gotten out of control and that the April Addicts were also out of control. The “why” or "who" is not the issue. Please do not let the bad behavior of past groups affect your current guest’s ability to enjoy the Temptation experience. We appreciate the security and they should be there for the safety of TTR guests. The problem we have is they are taking their jobs a little too far...." So it looks like it still is happening... let's see how the TR's are later this month as well as throughout the summer. Hopefully things will change... '
If you're in the minority Jim, then a lot of us are also... and the change you talk about has seemed to have accelerated the last couple of years. What's next, no more Lingerie nite? Is there still naked Tequila volleyball?? I'm so glad "T" left when she did and didn't have to see these changes... At least Steve still has the Boobs Cruise and people can still get a bit crazy there
There is no more "NTVB". I guess its just been the more I sat and thought about what is not allowed anymore and what is done during the day, that I started to realize how different its gotten. Like ive said, it never really personally affected me, though being part of our large group, if it affects you guys, it indirectly affects me...its not one thing in particular that worries me, but when you add them all together, its a little concerning. The staff was told to tone down the lanquage and the sexuality of the games, no body shots, no girl on girl kissing, no dancing by pool, no men shirt less at patty o's, Keith being told absolutely no music in Patty O's (even though his IPOD was much quieter then the people talking)...Again there is a few more, and Im just curious as to when the changes will stop.. Cuz we all will still go back now, but im betting as soon as someone spends their hard earned money on a vacation there and something they loved about it has changed, opinions will be a lot different... and Im merely just throwing these opinions out there so we can debate them, being this thread has to last til next april anyway, why not get the debates out of the way haha:daveandmo:
That's good stuff, Backs. I'm completely baffled as to why anyone would take these discussions.......or negative feedback about security.....personally. No one person or group sets the fun "std" ANYWHERE. And, there's enough negative talk about security at the resort lately to at least warrant some open dialogue.
Problem is those of us that have been going therte for years are used to a certain way there n we liked it. To "newbies" it might be awesome, but us repeaters know it used to be so much better. To those who say were exagerating, come on! No body shots, no girls kissing girls, no bikini tops at Patyo's at night, no shirtless guys at Patyos? RIDICULOUS n UNNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!
