I have never found it there, but last year I brought some for the Boobs Cruise in my checked baggage and had no problems. (I did pack it in double ziplock bags in case of accidental leakage) We also came from Canada to US customs to Mexican customs no issues anywhere we were checked.
Never had an issue bringing it. Always put it in ziplocks just in case one goes off. Having trouble finding any here this year though.

We had very good luck ordering the whip creme from this site, finewinehouse dot com. Credit to Bigsexy for the tip. Check there FAQ's for what states they can send to.. They sent it to us in Oregon with no problem. We do need to get some ordered again before the trip. TSA did open our checked backs, we think because of the number of and shape of the cans. At least they did not take one for sampling. I would highly recommend double bagging each can. Order some and have some fun.
