During the day you will sweat with it.... but some nights do get a little chilly. If you plan on going to Isla Mujeres at all definitely bring a sweater of some sort. The ride on the ferry on the way home is FREEZING! lol.
I think board shorts look best. That is the "in" thing now. Guys in bikinis or anything similar look cheesy.

I agree that board shorts look the best from a guys perspective. However, i have opened my mind to the thought of square cut and disagree that they look cheesy. Especially in a place like TTR where you are free to try whatever without judgement. The best point made is the ladies wear these tiny, sometimes uncomfortable, suits for us. If they really want square cut then why not?
