Kicking and screaming and over someone's dead body! No seriously, last Dec an English couple we met were offered Desire for their last 4 nights, but didn't "fancy it". Didn't ask us! :daisy:
LOL on our first newbi trip some 10 years ago we were offered to go to Desire's too. We had no idea at the time and refused
So this p90x, seems like several people on here swear by it. Our current work out consists of every other day weights plus 3-5 miles cardio. We want to take it to the next level. So would p90x be something we could add to the routine or would it replace it? Something you can do at home? I saw the ad where they will send you DVDs. Is another option online downloads? Sorry for all the questions. Just curious about why people like it so much and trying to figure out if it would work for us.
Go look as some of his workout from p90x on YouTube. It will give you an idea of what you are in for. I personally love the ab ripper x portion.
I do and have done the p90x. It's a good hard workout. It will replace the one you are doing now or like me I use it a couple times a week and have my own workout with weights another couple times a week. I like it cause it pushes me to do more, different , harder workouts. I leave my aerobic alone. There is also a diet that comes with it. I have used the diet a little but tend to do my own thing there too. I used it for last April and lost 15 lbs. and about 5 inches off my waist. Probably gonna start up again soon as it is bikini diet time.
