Bumped. Thats scary. Never heard of that at a hotel before. In the reports where did they say they got bumped to? I really hope that doesnt happen to anyone.
I think Its called Grand Paraneus , they also send people to Desire. It rarely happens On a couple of Occasions I have had a slip of paper under my door offering me three free nights on my next trip, to TTR, if i transfer to grand para..(sort of a bribe or incentive) It is voluntary. They probably get enuf people to move voluntarily so its not an issue.If your lucky its Desire's resort. At xmas with 100% occupancy and Europe airports shut cause of record snow storms down people couldn't leave. Its not the hotels fault, they do what they can to help. Its in their best interest. Don't worry
