Last night the wife came home a little stressed and said "I amd getting dressed up and you are going to take me somewhere expensive" Sooo.... She got dressed. And I took her to Texaco.
LOL... so true. It was 42 here yesterday (your temp) and I was walking around in a golf shirt. I saw kids were in shorts...lol.
LOL.. if it makes you guys feel any better I paid 4.68/US gal for premium yesterday. And that was at a "cheap" station. Good thing I live in a province with the second largest (some say the largest) oil deposit in the world....lol.
LOL I did the same thing, I was out throwing the ball around with my buddy and then smoking a cigarette outside in a polo shirt while I was bartending, acting like it was spring and the Temp was 39, feels a heck of a lot better then 19.... Though its funny cuz once we get used to it, if it was ever 39 in May, id be freezing to death
Ha ha here that Brewster -9 F here this a.m. , gas just over $4.00 gal in town and the Alaska pipeline is 2 mins from my house!! Out of town gas is $4.50 /$4.70 gal. Good thing I get a whopping 9mpg avg. on my truck !!LOL
