One day the first grade teacher was reading the story of Chicken Licken to her class. She came to the part of the story where Chicken Licken tried to warn the farmer. She read, " . . . and so Chicken Licken went up to the farmer and said, "The sky is falling, the sky is falling!"
The teacher paused, and then asked the class, "And what do you think that farmer said?"
One little girl raised her hand and said, "I think he said: "Holy sh*t! A talking chicken!"
The teacher was unable to teach for the next 10 minutes.

An airline pilot wrote that on this particular flight he had hammered his ship into the runway really hard.



The airline had a policy which required the first officer to stand at the door while the passengers exited, smile, and give them a 'Thanks for flying our airline.' He said that, in light of his bad landing, he had a hard time looking the passengers in the eye, thinking that someone would have a smart comment. Finally everyone had gotten off except for a little old lady walking with a cane. She said, 'Sir, do you mind if I ask you a question?'

'Why, no, Ma'am,' said the pilot. 'What is it?'

The little old lady said, 'Did we land, or were we shot down?'

 

I was just checking dates, since the person that wants to go with me needs to know the dates soon, so im guessing tentatively for april 12th to the 21st ..so far

 

Right now we're looking at the 13th thru the 21st or 22nd too. Airfares cheaper that I've found Jim.

 

Sounds good woody, so the two of us are on the same page, lets see if we can get the rest of the group around the same time, I agree with airfare, I alwasy try to fly mid week to mid week, much cheaper

 

us too ... i think we talked about that a bit ago.. we are in for the same time.

last year we were a bit early ... and missed a lot of the group.. we wont do that again!!!!
