My oldest son was supposed to fly into Detriot Metro on Friday night, to visit my sister. Needless to say, he spent 6 hours here in the airport only to have his flight cancelled because of Snow in Detroit. He was able to get a flight there on Sat. morning! It's COLD here, but at least it's not snowing!
Airport delays are terrible, Last year was great, we landed in Cancun on St.Pattys day, So I called some friends in NY to let them know we made it, only to found out that a blizzard had begun and proceeded to drop 20 inches of snow over the next few days, AND IT WAS MELTED WHEN I LANDED HOME.... Is it bad to wish that on my friends again this year that opted not to go with us ha ha ha.
