This is the first year we are flying direct out of Kelowna to Cancun - no stopping in Vancouver or LA this time for us (and that means no extra nights of hotels and additional cost and time away). Love that Westjet flies us from our front door to TTR's...but...they only offer direct flights up to the end of April so we kind of abandoned our usual May repeater group (sorry guys!) for the convenience and cost savings this year. Also means 2 less days that we need someone to watch our devils..I mean children.
Finally heard back from Redtag and we are now flying out on April 16th rather than the 17th so here's hoping there will be no more changes!

yes. we fly out on the 22nd now instead of the 23rd. still a 6 night trip, so still works out. super excited. :icon_mrgreen::icon_mrgreen:
I'm booked through Thomas Cook with Sunquest and got my confirmation yesterday and also pre-booked my seats with no probs. Here's to everybody getting there alright and without any more hassles. Cheers!
Thomas Cook/Sunquest for us, evening flight down and evening flight back when we booked. A week later we get an email that our flight home was switched to 10:30am. Essentially, we lose a full day at TTR and we aren't happy about it. The way I see it if you switch the time for one flight, you should switch the corresponding flight to be somewhat similar. We booked this one rather than another option that had morning flights both ways - I guess we picked the wrong company...
