Really?? Yuck. Our apt is in that range (depending on the exchange) and was furnished with (newer) fridge and (older) stove and furniture. Of course, the closest (clean) laundromat is not close... :cry:

Edit: I should've added that we looked at several apartments after we got here, just to compare and I haven't seen one under a $1k with washing machine hook-ups, let alone an actual washing machine

My apartment has washing machine, whay dont you make an apointment to see it.
Benny you can see it also on sublet.com and go to yucatan peninsula, you will see pictures of it, go to quintana roo and then cancun. good look
