Anyone with Playa del Carmen(real estate rental) contacts?

I'm looking to rent a condo/house/apt in Playa for roughly a month starting oh....sometime next week (long story short, Vegas weather still sucks in Feb).

I'm not looking for anything special-just a basic place with ideally a couple of queen beds or 1 bed & sleeper sofa.

I've stayed in it and love the location. It's on a quiet street and is a quick walk to 5th Ave and the beach. I recommend it.
