Wow that was a cool picture. It might also be El Sombrero across the street from My Place and the Black Pearl, sort of between the Subway and the McDonalds. More of a restaurant (I think, but I don't know), it has tables on the sidewalk there and swings in the bar area.
Yup, El Sombrero is right across the street; also a great little liquor/tequila shop. Never eaten there, but they do have the perfect place to sit outside for a drink/meal and watch the world go by. The guys there always seem friendly and great tunes coming from within!
El Sombrero is a part of the Dady-o network of clubs, bars and restaurants. Here's the "official" page dedicated to it: http://www.dadyo.net/ventasdady/sombrero/index_en.htm
Coyote Ugly used to have swings also and that was across from Corona Bar, but not really sure they ever had any food. And not sure if they ever reopened after the hurricane.
They haven't reopened, according to the Coyote Ugly website. Per the last entry on the matter on the founder's blog (October 2006), they were still trying to find a site in Cancun to reestablish themselves.
