heard there was almost a completely new entertainment staff, hope this isn't true. How crowded was it at that time? I know it will be a different crowd when we go but just wondering. have they stopped the chair saving game? When we were there in July people would keep their stuff on their chair the entire time they were on their vacation.

It was our first time there and we had a blast! We will def be going back .... We left yesterday but r still not home as we got stranded in Chicago .... Wish they wld have left us at temptations for another day instead!
We went Xmas 2013 had a great time food,service eft.. Out 24 year old son comes home today with his girlfriend,says he doesn't wanna leave had a blast day n night, and we will b back too
that's good to hear. We have been to GP 4 times already. The staff is really amazing and one of the main reasons we continue to go back.
It was not very crowded. At any point during the day you could find empty loungers by the pool. We never had to wait at a restaurant and we arrived around 7-7:30. There was a letter in our room that said from midnight til 8:00 am any articles left on the chairs would be removed and could be picked up at the front desk.
We had a great time. We love to just relax on our vacation, so we really didn't partake in the activities during the day at the pool. The only activity for me was a game of bingo!!! The weather was awesome. The food was outstanding as far as we were concerned. We have been to Cancun 10 times and we enjoyed ourselves. The workers were very gracious, and friendly.
