If your are cutting back to make bikini weight.. make sure to do it a month in advance.. if you are a light weight.. start drinking a bit each night and double on the weekends at least 2-3 week prior to the trip. The last thing you want is to get there on day one and Pass out a 6pm from drinking too much, and waste precious time at TTR. It truely is training.. get your body into shape to be able to handle the increased quantities thrust upon it while at TTR... I have one night a week ( on a week night) of Solid drinking .. If I can make it to work the next day, If I can make it out of bed for work.. I can definitely make it out of bed to hit the sexy pool
