No Steve I meant dollars The house prices here are going through the roof If you want a decent type of house with garden and conservatory you have to pay £200,000 There are 4 bed detatched near us which are smaller than ours going for 1/2 million dollars £250,000 You are better off where you are Cheers Mate see you in May will bring you some crisps
congrats on the house :lol: was looking around but being a first time buyer i've been massively priced out of the market .... even been priced out of the rental market in the town i live in, so kinda stuck ... grrrrrr so very annoying
