Well, I had lost 10lbs but it has seemed to find it's way back due to traveling and skipping out on the gym....oh well, with only 2 weeks to go, not much I can do now :-/ and to make things worse, I have a bruise the size of a softball on the top of my leg that isn't going away anytime soon. Hubby says nobody will be looking at my bruise...lol Hubby has been doing nutrisystem and lately the Dukan diet.....he has lost almost 100 lbs in the last year
Well I would love to lose 20lbs before September but not that realistic. So I would be extremely happy with 10lbs or more. Time ot kick ass and get it down.
WOW, I thought we were the only ones...LOL!! We've done pretty good, down about ten pounds with less than 2 weeks to go. But what we love about Hedo, Desire and now (we hope) Temptation is that people are people! All shapes, sizes, types.....it doesn't matter. Everyone is friendly, open and having a great time. 11 days and counting...
Well I was down 22 but now that is only 18 lb since I gained some back on our last trip. Really having a hard time dieting not exercising. I excercise everyday but I need ot cut calories as I am still gaining. Motivation, that is what I need.
No such thing as a diet... "diets" are nothing more than a "quick fix" which is actually a misnomer, since diets don't "fix" anything! :banghead: Only way to lose weight and tone up- is a LIFESTYLE change! (No I don't mean THAT kind of lifestyle change! LOL...) I am referring to eating right and exercising regularly.... It really is THAT simple.
Been on a lifestyle change for about 8 years now. I still struggle with weight even though I worked out daily and eat the majority of good food. I wouldn't say that I am fat but I would say that I struggle to keep it there and that even a couple days slip can make me gain weight.
