My daughter is due to fly to Denver tomorrow from Cancun, we'll see if her plane leaves or not. The plane itself is on it's way here now, due to land in Cancun in 40 minutes, they must have gotten off the ground right before they closed DIA. So we'll see when they turn it around again. Her Dad in Boulder already has 18 inches on the ground outside his house. Coloradans know how to handle snow and the Denver airport is supposed to be weather-proof, so when they close it you know it's bad. Knowing Colorado it could all be melted/evaporated away by Christmas. The only guarantee of a white Christmas in Colorado is when it snows on Christmas day!
My car is disappearing! Probably be gone by tomorrow, another 1 to 2 feet expected!!! George&Debbie
My daughter's flight was canceled, so now we have to rebook. She's so mad that it's funny, stomping around the house....
Jamie, no offence, but you can stick your snow!! Flying to Darwin for Xmas tomorrow, where is is 35C (100F) but with hefty humidity *sweats*
Oh no......just what you wanted an angry child around an extra few days   Hopefully you can find her a flight :!:
guess my moms flight was yesterday morning, she was the last flight out for her airline, said they barely made it out of denver!! But she is home safe and sound now!
