I have recently started working in Cancun and would like to know of a place to have dinner or go for an evening where there are any singles of retirement age. Any recommendation?
One of the activities that can lead to meeting people who are of most any age, from 32-72, is Internations, Cancun. A websearch will lead you to it. They invite people to gather for a dinner out once each month, rotating through an endless list of restaurants and bars. There are a wide variety of people there, some of whom are single. I know one such, who is 67, and eligible, but I don't know just how "senior" might be appropriate.... In any case, there are plenty of nice people to meet here.
