I know about the mom guilt kicking in! we have two 5 year olds, two 6 year olds and an 18 year old, all boys and they have been wanting to go to Disney World or the beach or anywhere really and we had two adult trips planned this year. I told him we will have to fit in a family vacation or I won't feel our trips are as justified. lol. We're "guilt tripping" this June by taking our two teen girls to Riviera Maya for a week at the resort where we honeymooned. Our best friends and their teen girls--our daughters' best friends--are coming too. Should be through the roof excited, right? Well, I feel guilty for feeling this way, but I'm not too excited about the trip! It'll be nice, but really...no whipped cream body shots? No Boobs Cruise? No naked tequila volleyball????? Just (yawn) beautiful beaches and luxurious pools and regular volleyball? And the looks I'd get if I wore lingerie to the evening show, which I'm sure isn't going to have strippers.... Disney is truly going to be "interesting" once you're in TTR mode! :wink3:
Well we have our TTR holiday and then in Sept we go to a soul house music festival called The Vocalbooth weekender (but its actually a week lol) in Spain. The people are as friendly and fun as TTR but its much more chilled and all about the music and its like a fmaily met some amazing people from round the world. Vocal Booth Weekender - For... With... Of... The Family After we have been to this, we have a new plan we are planning a around the world trip for a year so anyone willing to have a member of the TTR family come visit let us know watch out the brits are coming lol!!
Hey I have done that before. I had a British friend who wanted to spend Christmas in America that I met at TTR. He went to NY, then spend Christmas with me in Connecticut then we drove to Montreal to visit my family and then he left from there to Vegas to visit a friend to New Years.
