George - I shoulda known you were a fellow geek. At least I'll have you there with me in May to talk to if I feel the need to get my geek on sithsister - I definitely figured you were one of us judging by your name. Wish you were going in mid-May! I'm sure you'd look fabulous in a Leia slave-girl outfit and I have no doubt my wife would let you borrow it.
Here's the Leia costume from last year. My favorite part was the chain. Made her look extra sexy, especially when I was holding it! Any suggestions on what we should do for the costume nights this year? What other sexy geek costumes have the rest of y'all done, either at TTR or elsewhere?
Wow, Comic Con really, tried to go this year but not lucky enought to get tickets. The wife & I went 2 years ago. That was a different type of madness compared to TTR. Star Wars, Doctor Who, yes a definite Geek. Our first trip to Temptations was last year in May, I think we might have crossed paths. We were there the 2nd week of May, but kind of stayed on our own. We will be there May 12th thru the 18th this year.
Ok, I thought the outfit might have been bad or something, but there is no reason people didn't realize it was a princess Leia costume. Maybe you went at a bad time with lots of foreigners or something.
If your spouse calling you something all the time makes it official, then I am a dork. Can't stand the vampire stuff...probably because we had overload around here. Stephanie Meyer's kids go to my son's school...she's practically a vampire herself as she never comes out into the light of day, but everyone was practically soiling themselves in excitement that we had a celebrity in our midst.
That is a freakin' AWESOME costume! We'll be there May 15-22 -- and we've got a few costumes planned -- I'll bet you a round of drinks I can guess your costumes lol
Hmmm lets see Sam and her girlfriends have drunk star trek and star wars arguments and are going to Toronto in August to meet Mr Jean Luc Pickard himself, if that does not qualify for geekdome I don't know what does....lol
We all know that classic Trek is the only Trek. Without question that Trek is so far superior to nonsense wars.
