    >Why do they resent us???

    >Figure that out, figure out how to make amends, figure out what we want
    >to do about that resentment. Figure out how to prevent future resentment,
    >speak honestly in dailogue with people and maybe, just maybe we will
    >have a chance.

    Amen to that!

    >in the meantime, should we become an isolationalist country, and let
    >terrorists breed all over the world?

What you mean, like in Iraq?

    Whose fault is that?

    >Please remember that Bill Clinton was offered Bin Laden more than 7
    >separate times- with very solid intelligence as to his whereabouts- and he
    >chose to do nothing- nothing.

This right wing talking point has been disproved so many times it's beyond a joke.

    >Bush has an MBA from Harvard....in fact hes the only president in history
    >to do so......

I get the feeling we're going to reading a lot more of statements saying "in fact hes the only president in history to do so......"

Take a look at his business management record after leaving Harvard until becoming Governor of Texas (whose job is basically to decide who gets pardoned from the death penalty and not much else). Every single venture he went into basically fell apart or needed to be rescued by Daddy's rich friends.

    Go Drew!!! You're the man!

It is my understanding that when Bush was asked by daddy's cronies to run for Governor of Texas that he delayed giving an answer because he was trying to get made baseball commissioner. When he discovered that he would not get that post he agreed to run for Governor. I believe that Bush would have been an excellent baseball commissioner and I would have fully supported him in that role.

Why? Why is it wrong to question what this administration does? Why is it wrong to be critical? Often in life answers don't present themselves UNTIL AFTER there's lots of exposure of the problem. You've got to say it, and think about it and discuss it and then if you are lucky the answer comes.

Saying that one needs to have answers before they can be openly critical is a cop-out. You just want to brush off the critics because what they say makes you uncomfortable.

If you don't like what the critics say PROVE THEM WRONG!

Personally I think that being critical shows my love for my country, it shows that I think about it and it's actions, that I care about it. Imho it would be unpatriotic not to point out what's wrong.

It's always easier to criticize than to create an original thought. Some of us just think it's wrong to always take the easy way out and never add true content to the discussion. That's why.
