    I will bet you that more than 160 Canucks got injured slipping on ice last year.

    Someone is just causing a stir and all it will do is hurt the Canada-Mexico tourism.

    same as any other accident anywhere else in the world, if anything, it really just shows that the most popular place to travel for canadians is mexico!

    I don't think if one Canadian dies in Mexico it should cause a huge media event.

    Do they do the same for Turkey and Belize and Antarctica? when the number gets to be more than 4 in 2 years, I think it will be a big deal.

    this is not to trivialize the death or injury of those 4, but it does happen and isn't a national crisis.

    Wellt hey do always report....on whether or not a Canadian has been killed over seas on a palne crash, on vacation, war, and such
