I'm with the rest of you on the diet train, but my thinking is to keep it simple, ie. burn off more than you take in and you drop the weight.
heheh thanks! Well due to zumba, running and eating whatever the hell i want.... including consuming some beer.... I am down to 201!! wahoo!!! only 1.1 more pounds to lose. I only wanna be under 200! lol. Just for now then I'm sure I'll set a new goal for myself! lol. Have a safe and wonderful trip everyone...... I'm enjoying my 14 inches of snow here in New Jersey and it all better clear out by sunday the 15th so I can get my ass on a plane to cancunnnnnnnnn..... lol
I gained 40# after a motorcycle accident last April. I haven't been able to work or run due to my knee being rebuilt in 2 surgeries. We started Weight Watchers about 2 months ago, and I have lost 20#, along with weight lifting and some walking. Hopefully I will be able to start jogging in the next week or so. We went to Burger King last month. I tried their new Angry Whopper. Felt like crap for the rest of the day and haven't have fast food since.
