Re: Diet My buddy coming with me is a nutritionist.... and he said its extremely difficult to lose weight if u have less than 1500 calories a day. Your body will go into starvation mode and that weight will be gained back quickly! So eat just a little bit more and you'll find yourself losing much faster! But congrats on the lbs down!
i actually just got my zumba weights and dvd set in the mail.... and in the book it says theres a 10-12 day program.... if you do a 10 minute zumba workout 4 days in a row... take a day off... then 2 more... then a day off that 4 more days..... you are guaranteed to drop a dress or pants size! I'm already down almost 15 lbs!
Re: Diet I agree, but most nutritionist don't believe in cutting carbs. I'm on a high fat/high protein diet monday to friday and then i carb up on the weekends. Works wonders for me
Re: Diet hmm...i'm doing the exact opposite of people on this board, trying to put on some lbs. this sounds interesting. High fats i assume would be healthy fatty acids? or are you talking pepperoni pizza fat?
Re: Diet ahh!! i know it doesnt hep you dan but I lost 12 inches all over in just 1 week of zumba! LOVING THIS!.... i only lost 4 pounds.... but like everywhere is an inch or two smaller. Sweet ASS!
Re: Diet I am thinking that for scientific purposes, you should show us all the before and after pictures..... for science sake .
ive been at the game for umm 17 yrs and ive been on every diet you can think of lol.i like to lean towards cutting carbs but what it comes down to is ,cut out the junke food and greesy food along with a good workout there half the battle ... if it was that easy lol
Re: Diet I do the same thing on most days of the week, however I have more carbs from veggies than something like Atkins would suggest, it works... However in saying that, it is a lifestyle not a fad thing people should try... because, if you lose a ton of weight on the low carb high fat plan and then just go back to your normal everyday way of life reintroducing carbs it doesn't take long to put all those lost LBS back on and a few!
