I do the high fat diet and it works great for me. Mon-fri high protein/high fat w no carbs. saturday and sunday i carb up (basicaly eat what u want). Might not be for everyone but living on meat, eggs, cheese even pork during the week then indulging all ur cravings on the weekends worked wonders for me lasy few years. I dont even do cardio just weights...DANO
Just get a good dose of the british manflu, it works wonders for loseing weight (trouble is you feel like shit).

I always start my weight loss process in December for my Spring Trip, Cause I learned the hard way a few years ago at BBG, that if your not in good shape and your 6ft tall like me, Your man Boobs will float perfectly on top of the water , when sitting in the jacuzzi's.... So I start a little earlier each year to make sure I dont do that again ha ha
BAH!!! I gained some back! This is the one reason I hate weekends. EVERY time I'm trying to take the tonnage off, the weekend comes and I pack it right back on. bah...

Always give yourself a cheat day every week. Pizza, cheeseburgers, malts....we hit it hard on our cheat day. Your body tends to be shocked by it, and it doesn't hurt your progress.
Great point. Plus if u have a cheat day it gives u something to work towards, meaning if u have some cravings and its like thursday, then u know u only have to wait til saturday or sunday to indulge in them
y'know... I think the problem is that I had reduced my meat consumption to next to nothing. Tonight I'll whip up a small batch of Kufta or curried chicken breasts and have it along with my "healthy" lunch.
