Last year, when we were supposed to show our faces at TTR in March, I dropped 20lbs or so. This year I need to lose a total of 40 lbs by Mar 12th. Can I do it??? I'm definitely gonna try. Anyone else starting their "Lose weight for TTR" regimens yet?
Technically I started Sunday, but Monday is when it really got underway. On Sunday, I weighed 235lbs. This morning, I was barely over 231. If all goes well, I'll be at 228 by the end of the week. Off to a good start so far.

same here....im going in april....and for a little motivation, i just got in a weight loss bet at my work..started jan 1st till april 1st...im doing the protein diet....no carbs. lost 8 piounds in 7 days. it can be done....just stay motivated..cut the beer,soda and sweets....eat half portions and try to hit the tread mill and crunches....
Are trip is the end of this month . i have lost 5 pounds by cutting out the beer i miss it so much lol But am sticking to it hope to loose at least 5 more before we leave.
I did, that's why I lost that weight. Carbs are down to near zero. This weekend I'm starting my exercise program.
Working on that bikini body for march too.........lol hopin gto drop 20 lbs. Don't really think that eliminating carbs is the answer.......it's temporary. Personal Trainer as well and there nothing that replaces hard work.
