I have good news, my tenant accepted to sign the contract this morning. I was on my way to see another lawyer when he just came in. So.... with a little pressure and threat, you are staying here illegally, I already filed a suit, etc... To make good measure, I called the lawyer in front of him to say I might not come and I will call back later. It was the exact time of the appointment, and the lawyer was not there, but that's another story :evil:
